OUR 2024 THEME:
EVANGELISM
Our main focus for the year will be spreading the gospel.
We had a number of baptisms
last year and we want keep up that effort to
increase the number of converts and excel even more.
Jn 15:8 By this my Father is glorified, that you
bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.
ENCOURAGEMENT
We want to encourage each member to do daily Bible devotions, personal
Bible study, and excel in daily prayer.
1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in
the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
HOSPITALITY
We are to be joyful and show hospitality to each other.
1 Peter 4:8
Above all, keep
loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.
Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.
As each has received a gift, use it
to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
SHEPHERDING THE FLOCK
We need to encourage and feed the flock, offering the best
possible worship to God.
We will also start a new Bible class curriculum,
Waldron’s “Lamp to my feet”
long-term study through the Bible series.
Romans 12:10
Love one another with brotherly affection.
Outdo one another in showing honor.
Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.
ALWAYS ABOUNDING IN THE WORK OF THE LORD
We strive to:
▪ Love more like Jesus loved.
▪ Be joyful and thankful.
▪ Be devoted servants.
▪ Have a zeal for saving souls.
